DisplayExpo Solutions provides trade show display design, production, and setup services. Services include consultation, design development, material selection, production, and professional setup for various trade show display applications.
Trade show display orders are confirmed upon receipt of approved design files and payment deposit. Final payment is due before production begins. Pricing for trade show displays depends on size, materials, complexity, and setup requirements.
Clients must provide print-ready design files meeting our specifications, or we can create designs based on provided guidelines. DisplayExpo Solutions may recommend adjustments for optimal trade show display quality and setup success.
Production and setup timelines for trade show displays vary based on project complexity and current workload. We provide estimated completion dates but cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to factors beyond our control, including shipping and venue access.
DisplayExpo Solutions guarantees trade show displays meet agreed specifications and quality standards. Clients must report defects within 48 hours of delivery for resolution consideration.
Clients retain ownership of provided design materials. DisplayExpo Solutions may use completed trade show display projects in marketing materials unless clients request otherwise in writing.
DisplayExpo Solutions' liability for trade show display projects is limited to project value. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
